You’ll need plenty of space to grow these flowers to their maximum potential. Make sure your garden bed is deep enough to allow for minimum 36 inches of root space. The deeper the roots can get, the larger your mammoth poppies will grow.
I HIGHLY recommend sowing your mammoth poppy seeds in AUTUMN. To reach their full potential they require a long cool growing season. If sowing in spring, sow seeds as soon as the soil is workable for best results.
