Brussel Sprouts, notoriously UN-kid-friendly food, right? So why is it that these miniature cabbage cuties are among the ONLY veggies 2 of my kiddos will eat?! Because they are tasty little mini cabbages, especially when roasted with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Like cabbage, Brussels sprouts are great companion for poppies!
