Cauliflower was always hard for me to grow in Southern California. It took many seasons for me to learn to change my timing. I always sowed to late, assuming that we might catch a winter for a month or two. It never worked. This variety was tolerant of my learning curve and has a great flavor. We use cauliflower for pizza crust too! It’s a great bread substitute.
