The most popular heirloom carrots around- and for good reason. The roots are beautiful shades of purple, violet and deep rich orange. The flower heads are large and showy addition to your garden. Large flower heads also produce plenty of seeds to harvest for next year’s garden or to make essential oils. Carrot seed oil and extract is an essential in my apothecary cabinet.
