I love this unique and stunning variety of mustard. It’s a prolific grower, reseeds itself easily and tastes amazing. One of my favorites for salad, especially in mid to late spring when the plants start to bolt. Perfect crimson arrows make for an incredible presentation and the tiny leaves add punch to your salad, but not too much bang!
