Zinnia seeds are tedious to sort and clean … rather than give up - or keep the ALL for my own garden … I can’t possibly plant ALL of the zinnia seeds I collect each summer. I’ve decided to offer a special discount on bulk zinnia seeds that aren’t quite cleaned or sorted enough to offer as a retail seed pack. Here’s what you’ll get: A big ol’ bag of a hundreds and hundreds of mixed zinnia seeds. The bag may contain some amount of chafe and plant material - The bag will also contain seeds from EVERY variety of zinnia that I grow in my garden. You’ll get specialty varieties like: Meteor, Green Envy, Ombré, Profusion and Cut and Come Again. You’ll get classic varieties like California Giants. You’ll get lots of our own heirlooms from Frog Holler farms … You get a fabulous mix of ALL of our dozens of zinnia varieties- at a VERY reasonable price. This isn’t a mix for starting inside in trays. This is a mix for broadcasting or seeding very large areas just after your last frost date. Zinnias are incredibly easy to grow! They require almost no attention and very little water. Though I do suggest giving them a drink over the hot midsummer days. Remember to deadhead your zinnias - by removing spent blooms early in the season. This will keep your zinnias blooming all summer long, right up until your first frost. If you’d like a REALLY spectacular show - feed your zinnias a little bone meal right before or just at the beginning of their bloom cycle. Give them some water, even though they ARE drought tolerant. The watering of zinnias reminds me of a story that went around my Mommy and Me group when I was a young mother: Washable Markers … Just because they ARE washable - doesn’t mean you WANT to wash them off!
Just because zinnias are drought tolerant- Doesn’t mean they don’t appreciate water, especially during the dog days of summer.

Mix is guaranteed to contain at minimum 300 seeds - of every variety that I grow in my garden. I can not guarantee which varieties will bloom - but I always make a huge effort to draw seeds from every possible variety for the mix. Mix will contain chafe, petals and some plant material from harvest. We grow a 100% organic garden. Your mix is guaranteed to be free of pesticides. Mix is enough to seed a 50 foot bed generously.
